Listing Organisations:

Small Venues provides a free listing service for organisations wishing to let premises for occupation sessions such as meetings, exhibitions, training events and similar activities.

Small Venues does not act on behalf of the letting organisation and does not arrange bookings or deal with any negotiation between potential clients and letting organisation.

Our service is limited to listing the details supplied by representatives We cannot vouch for the accuracy of the details supplied. We do however reserve the right to remove a listed item if it proves to be misleading, inaccurate or offensive.

Our extended listing services provide additional means by which greater detail may be assigned to a listing. This information may take the form of description of facilities, activities undertaken and more detailed contact information. Google® Maps are also offered as an extra feature.

Extended listing services are charged on a yearly renewable basis. We reserve the right to review the fee at each renewal anniversary.

Listing Users:

Individuals may use the venue search facility free of charge for a maximum of 3 searches. Additional searches may be purchased if required (please email for details).

We cannot accept liability for inaccurate or incomplete listing details as this is the work of third parties.

We do not store personal information (other than the enquirer's email address). We will not share this with other organisations.

Our aim is to provide a service which links small organisations who wish to increase their lettings income (but do not have large advertising budgets) with potential hirers who need venues for various types of activity.
